The layout has been design to give the costumer the possibility to admire the model of the building project of the developer, understating the history and the concept. The project is developed in two floors, the first floor for showroom and marketing activity, the second floor for office and resting. The lounge on the first floor give to the project a feeling of high class and intimity.

We were commissioned to design four apartments showroom.
Decoro: Luxury is not only what one can see or hear, but more what one can feel and be touched
Fantasia: the feeling of dreaming when entering your home, to be protected from the noisy and the difficulty of your daily life.
Casa mia: The comfort of contemporary design make you feel home.
Orientale: the apartment aim is to create a fusion of Eastern and Italian styles to create an overall astonishing product of the highest quality and elegance."

The design follows the idea to immerge the new façade of the building with the spectacular nearby scenario. The material and the colors make the building unique in this location.
Eco-friendly solutions (materials and sustainable energy) are the fundamental of this project.

desc="This design made us face different difficulties, the conformation of the land, the not clear levels of the ground, but more important the responsibility to design two villas in a beautiful place, that can be consider a natural park for the beauty of the landscape and the emotion given by the sun, shining the mountains.
The first sketch on the paper was trying to melt the new design of the villa with the landscape, to make of three elements (the two villas and the nature) just one perfect element.
That’s the reason why the villa has been design both across the private street, to create a gate to the beauty, a gate to the nature, a gate to life.
The location of the Villas has a double significant, they work as gate to nature and privacy, at the same time they follow the nature in their distribution, following the different levels of the ground. "

Extensive use of marble and mosaic in gold and silver tones gave the Villa an air of opulence while maintaining a high level of functionality. 
The recurrent motif of the project styles important details of the house such as the staircase that interlinks to various areas in the house.
The lighting creates a warm ambience, while some of the interior furnishings, such as the chandeliers and mirror frames, reveal the distinctive taste of the owners."

The theatre is designed to accommodate a variety of venues. The audience floor can be lowered and automatically replaced with an area adequate for a dining setting. "

It stretches on three floors each designed to create different moods and atmospheres that respond to the distinct func­tions that each individual level has within the to­tal space. The apartment is smartly divided so that functions remain both visually and physically separated by color tones and levels but at the same time they are all held together by the eye-catching staircase that is positioned at the center of the 3-level apartment. 
The ground floor represents a more intimate area to spend time with guests. It is charac­terized by darker colors, rich textures and mood lighting. The second floor is enriched by a lush garden where guests and family can be entertained. Private areas are located on the third floor. All rooms are characterized by the use of glass and big windows that elevate the space and that allow natural light to splash and run though.

The décor that has been carefully studied and chosen for both the apartments features cutting-edge furniture and exclusive area rugs that pleasantly contrast with the wooden floor.  "
